What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
In the rare case your socks haven't arrived within 5 business days of dispatch (within Australia) or 12 business days (outside Australia), please Contact Us to let us know.

How can I track my parcel?
We currently don't offer tracked shipping.

How long does the delivery take?
Due to COVID-19 we are seeing disruptions to some postal services, as there are strict corona measures in place - as a result delivery times may vary. Our standard timeframe within Australia is within 5 business days of dispatch. Express is within 3 days of dispatch. Standard postage times outside Australia are 9-12 business days from dispatch.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders within Australia with a value of $20 AUD or more. Under this threshold, our standard shipping fee is a $6 flat rate within Australia.

Shipping outside of Australia is a flat rate of $25 AUD.

FunSouls offer worldwide shipping for your convenience.


You have the right to return products you have bought from FunSouls.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. This can be for either: change of mind or in the rare case you receive any faulty goods. 

Items bought from our online store can not be returned in a retail or concept store.

All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. Any refunds made by us will be processed back to the original payment method when you placed your order.

If you would like to change your item for a different style or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
